If your item develops a fault and is UNDER 30 DAYS old, please contact us directly either on our contact form or by emailing: [email protected]. You will need to include your original order number in you email as well as a description of the issue and how it developed. Guarantee Conditions
- The guarantee is only applicable if you have proof of purchase, we email receipts and keep a log on file for 1 year so even if you lose your receipt we can still find you if purchased from us.
- The product must be used in the UK.
- The product must be used in a normal domestic purpose. Please note, the products we sell are not for commercial use, or for use outside in outbuildings such as garages and out houses, or areas where the temperature falls below five degrees.
- The guarantee does not cover or include accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse or foreign objects.
- The customer must not attempt to repair the product themselves. Any attempts will void the guarantee.
